Terms & Conditions

Reservations & Payment

All reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with valid guest information and/or payment. ESA Bay View Hotel reserves the right to require full or partial prepayment to secure bookings.

Full payment may be required at check-in unless prior arrangements have been confirmed.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellation within 48 hours: 50% of the total reservation will be charged.

• No-Show: 100% of the total reservation will be charged.

• Cancellations made earlier than 7 days may qualify for modification or refund, subject to processing fees.

Check-In & Check-Out Policy

• Check-In Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)

• Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)

ESA Bay View Hotel operates on a 12 noon to 12 noon room cycle. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guests arriving before check-in time may request early access; however, this is not guaranteed. Late departures beyond check-out time may result in additional charges equivalent to a half-day or full-day rate.

A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.

Guest Conduct & Hotel Rights

ESA Bay View Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund if guests:

• Violate hotel policies

• Disturb other guests

• Engage in illegal or inappropriate behavior

• Have outstanding unpaid balances

Damage & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning caused during their stay. Charges will be applied for repair, replacement, or restoration of hotel property.

Non-Smoking Policy

All rooms are strictly non-smoking. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed, except for certified service animals with proper documentation.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are enforced from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests are expected to maintain respectful noise levels at all times.

Visitor Policy

Visitors are allowed until 10:00 PM. Overnight visitors must be registered at the front desk and may incur additional charges.

Housekeeping

Daily housekeeping services are provided. Guests may opt out using the “Do Not Disturb” sign.

Parking

Complimentary parking is available for registered guests. The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings.

Lost & Found

Items will be held for 30 days. Unclaimed items will be donated or disposed of. Shipping arrangements, if requested, will be at the guest’s expense.

Key Card Policy

Lost or unreturned key cards will incur a $25 replacement fee.

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol consumption is permitted in designated areas only. Disorderly behavior may result in eviction without refund.

Safety & Emergency

Guests must follow all posted safety procedures. In case of emergency, proceed to the nearest exit immediately.

ESA Bay View Hotel respects guest privacy. All personal information is handled with strict confidentiality and used only for operational purposes.

Limitation of Liability

ESA Bay View Hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to secure valuables appropriately.

Force Majeure

The hotel shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federated States of Micronesia.
