Room Rate Adjustment
Please note that room rates are subject to change in accordance with ESA Family Corporation's fiscal year adjustments.
Check-In and Check-Out Time
Check-in time is 12 noon and check-out time is 12 noon the following day.
Booking Cancellation
Confirmed bookings must be canceled at least 48hrs prior to arrival at ESA Bay View Hotel to avoid penalty charges.
Guest Privacy Policy
ESA Bay View Hotel respects the privacy of its guests. Any personal information collected during the stay will be treated with strict confidentiality and used only for operational purposes.
Right to Refuse Service
ESA Bay View Hotel, operating under ESA Family Corporation bylaws, reserves the right to reject or refuse service to individuals or groups who pose a challenge to operations or have outstanding unpaid dues.
Damage or Loss Liability
Guests will be held responsible for any damage or loss caused to hotel property during their stay, including but not limited to room furnishings, linens, electronics, or common areas.
No Smoking Policy
All rooms are designated non-smoking. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged if guests are found smoking inside the room.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed on hotel premises, with the exception of certified service animals. Proper documentation must be provided upon check-in.
Noise Control
Guests are required to maintain a respectful noise level after 9 PM to ensure comfort for all other guests.
Visitor Policy
Visitors of registered guests are allowed until 10 PM. Overnight visitors must be registered at the front desk and additional charges may apply.
Lost and Found
Items left behind will be kept in the hotel’s Lost and Found for 30 days. Unclaimed items will be donated or discarded thereafter.
Payment Policy
All payments must be made in full upon check-in unless prior arrangements have been made with hotel management. The hotel accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments.
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests are encouraged to notify the front desk in advance.
Key Card Policy
Lost or unreturned key cards will incur a $25 replacement fee per card.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. Disturbances during these hours may result in penalties or eviction.
Parking Policy
Hotel parking is provided free of charge for registered guests. ESA Bay View Hotel is not responsible for damage or theft involving guest vehicles.
Housekeeping Services
Daily housekeeping is provided. For privacy, guests may opt-out by placing a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door.
Alcohol Policy
Consumption of alcohol is permitted in designated areas only. Disorderly conduct due to intoxication will not be tolerated and may lead to eviction.
Emergency Procedures
In the event of an emergency, please follow the evacuation instructions provided in the guest room and contact the front desk immediately.
Force Majeure Clause
ESA Bay View Hotel is not liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
